What does BIROQ Consulting do?

We do our best work with two kinds of businesses.

Home and field service businesses. This group includes junk removal companies, contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, cleaning crews, and similar trades. These businesses live on the phone, and a missed call often means a lost job. For them, we focus on lead pipelines, missed-call text-back, follow-up automation, local SEO, and review requests.

Professional service firms. This group includes medical billing companies, accountants, insurance agents, and small law offices. How working with us works

Most clients follow the same simple path.

Free strategy call. We spend 30 minutes reviewing your goals and options. There is no cost and no pressure.
Choose a starting point. Some owners begin with our $197 Growth Audit, a written review of their Google Business Profile, website, search and AI-answer visibility, and lead follow-up. The audit fee is credited toward the first month of a plan. Others go straight to lead generation.
We build your pipeline. After a one-time $199 setup, we build lead pipelines for your business.
Leads come to you. A lead is a phone call, a form submission, or a booked appointment. Each one is yours alone.
We review and adjust. You get reporting so you can see what is working, and our larger plans include a monthly strategy call.

Lead generation pricing is simple. After the $199 setup, you choose either $199 a month for unlimited exclusive leads or $25 per lead. Monthly plans go month to month after the first three months.

You own what we build for you
