Where is BIROQ Consulting located? BIROQ Consulting is based at 800 Maine Avenue SW, 2nd Floor, Washington, DC 20024. We serve small businesses across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Who runs BIROQ Consulting? Managing Partner Barry Levinson leads the company, and Amber Sullivan manages the company and the office. BIROQ Consulting LLC is a Delaware limited liability company. Learn more on our About page.
What kinds of businesses do you work with? We work mainly with home and field service businesses and professional service firms. That includes contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, cleaning crews, junk removal companies, medical billing companies, accountants, insurance agents, and small law offices. Other small businesses in the DMV are welcome too.
Do you work with businesses outside the DMV? Yes. We work remotely with small businesses across the US, with a focus on DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
What are your business hours? We are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern.
Lead generation
How much does lead generation cost for a small business? BIROQ Consulting charges a one-time $199 setup, then either $199 a month for unlimited leads or $25 per lead. Full details are on our pricing page.
What counts as a lead? A lead is a phone call, a form submission, or a booked appointment. Each one comes from a pipeline we build for your business.
Are the leads shared with other businesses? No. Every lead is exclusive to one client. We never sell the same call, form, or appointment to a competitor.
Is there a limit on leads with the monthly plan? No. The $199 monthly plan includes unlimited exclusive leads with no additional cost per lead.
Should I choose the monthly plan or the per-lead plan? If you expect more than eight leads a month, the monthly plan costs less. The per-lead plan is a good way to start small and pay only when a lead arrives.
Can I own my lead pipeline instead of paying monthly? Yes. Our Own-your-pipeline build starts at $997. We build a lead pipeline that you keep and run yourself.
The 90-day guarantee
What happens if I do not get any leads? If you get zero leads in your first 90 days, we refund everything you paid, including the setup fee. No leads, no cost.
Which plans does the guarantee cover? The guarantee covers the $199 monthly unlimited plan, the $25 per-lead plan, and the Lead Engine and Growth Partner plans. Your service agreement spells out the full terms.

Pricing and contracts
Do I have to sign a long contract? No. Monthly plans go month to month after the first three months.
Is the Growth Audit fee credited toward a plan? Yes. The $197 Growth Audit fee is credited toward your first month of a plan.
Are your prices published? Yes. Our prices are listed on our pricing page. Writing and research projects are the one exception, and we quote those after a free strategy call.
Ownership and accounts
Who owns my website and Google profile if I leave? You do. You always own your website, Google Business Profile, domains, phone numbers, and tracking data.
Do I need to give you my passwords? We only ask for access to the tools we need for the work you hire us for. Many tools let you add us as a user so you never have to share your own password.
AI and automation
Can AI really help a small business like mine? Yes, mainly by saving time on follow-up, scheduling, and repetitive tasks. The best place to start is our $297 AI and Automation Assessment, which gives you a written plan for your three biggest time savers.
What is missed-call text-back? Missed-call text-back automatically sends a text to anyone whose call you could not answer, so they know you will call back instead of calling a competitor. Learn more about follow-up automation.
How much does a single automation cost? A single automation starts at $497 as a one-time project.
Search visibility, writing, and admin support
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google or show up in AI answers? No. Google and AI tools decide what to show, and no honest company can promise a ranking or a mention. We focus on what you can control, like accurate business details, clear pages, and helpful content.
How much does website copy cost? Website copy costs $99 per page, or $449 for five pages.
How much do your writing and research services cost? Writing and research pricing depends on the length and the amount of research. We quote each project after a free 30-minute strategy call.
How much does virtual assistant support cost? Our virtual assistant plans are $249 a month for 10 hours, $469 for 20 hours, or $879 for 40 hours.
